Junior Fair exhibitors must be members of a youth organization with adult leadership and an educational program approved by the Fair. Exhibitors must be enrolled in the youth organization by March 1 to exhibit at that year's Dane County Fair. Either the Exhibitor or the Organization must be located in Dane County. Exhibitors may be residents of Dane County or a neighboring county, and Organizations may be headquartered in Dane County or a neighboring county (examples include 4-H, FFA, FHA-HERO, YMCA, YWCA, Scouts BSA, Girl Scouts, Pioneers, after school clubs, Youth Civil Air Patrol, Junior Breed Organization, etc.). Junior Breed Organizations may be based in Dane County, the State of Wisconsin, or nationally if a state or county location does not exist. All Dane County 4-H enrollments must be filed at the Dane County Extension Office (5201 Fen Oak).
For youth organizations not on the above approved list and not associated with Dane County 4-H or Dane County FFA, please click the link below to complete the New Youth Organization Application. Forms are due to the Fair Office by May 1 via email (info@danecountyfair.com), or mail (PO Box 287, Oregon, WI 53575).

NOTE: Due to fire code regulations at Alliant Energy Center, exhibitors are NOT allowed to use tents or stall coverings in ALL buildings (Exhibition Hall, Pavilion 1, and Pavilion 2) at the center.
