City of Madison - Madison Fire Department

If you use a tent that is
401 square feet or more
at your vendor booth space,
this form needs to be completed and sent to the Madison Fire Department by July 1, 2024
.
Keep this permit in the tent and have it easily accessible.
All tents that are 401 square feet or more and all food vendors must have a fire extinguisher and exit signs in their tent.
