The 2025 Dane County Fair NEW Vendor Applications will open in early February.

All indoor vendors are located in the air-conditioned Exhibition Hall.

Outside vendors can access their booth via Gate B (black gate on Rimrock Road near Clarion Hotel).
Vendors must be in their location by 5pm on Wednesday and can continue to setup until 10pm.

Move-out can begin around 10pm, but do not remove any trailers/trucks/vehicles from the grounds until 11pm when the public has vacated the premises.
