Fairest of the Fair Appearance Request Form

The Dane County Fairest of the Fair may be invited to attend community events within Dane County as well as additional events across the state. If you're interested in having the Dane County Fairest of the Fair at your event, meeting, or show, please complete the Appearance Request Form below.

All requests will be reviewed in the order in which they are received, and a response will be sent either way if the Fairest is able to attend or not based on their availability.
